For us, it's very important that you be entirely satisfied with Noblessence's products and services.

WHY GET YOUR BASIC MATERIAL AND PRODUCTS FROM NOBLESSENCE?
Because you can always count on the exceptional quality of our products. Because we offer free delivery for orders of $100 and more (before taxes, in Quebec only. Sodium and potassium hydroxides are excluded from this policy). Because we are available to answer your questions and help you with the making of your body-care and therapeutic products. Our quality standards are vey high and we strive to stay up to date about the new basic materials available on the market and the new techniques for making body-care and therapeutic products. To this end, we regularly participate in refresher training courses and seminars, either in medical aromatherapy, or in the techniques for making healthy and natural body-care, therapeutic and cosmetic products. For instance, this last summer, we attended an intensive skill-upgrading clinic in the United States, where we acquired new knowledge, that we are transmitting to you through our courses, publications, conferences and Web site. For all these easons, you can count on our high standards of quality and on our willingness to help you, either to gain knowledge in the field of medical aromatherapy or in the making of body-care, therapeutic and cosmetic products.

WATCH FOR QUALITY
More and more people make and sell basic materials, essential oils and so-called "natural" products. It is very important to stay alert, to ask questions and to read the labels. Il is as important to know that those products are offered under different categories of quality and that, at Noblessence, we always choose the more natural and healthy ones, even if that means having to pay a little bit more for our ingredients and products.

SALES POLICY

Defective orders
All the orders that we fill are prepared with great care. Despite our efforts, a product may break or empty itself of its content during transportation. If this should happen, please let us know IMMEDIATELY, so that we can correct the situation as soon as possible. Once you have explained the problem to us, we will promptly send you the same quantity of the same product, at our expense. For your security, we wll ask you to dispose of the product, in case it might contain pieces of glass or plastic.

Incorrect order
At Noblessence, we use a system that double-checks all the orders. However, mistakes can happen and, should you receive an order that doesn't correspond exactly to what you've ordered, once you've explained the problem to us, you'll have the option of returning, at our expense, the product that you haven't ordered, or of keeping it, in which case we will send you a new invoice factoring in that product. But, whether you choose to keep it or not, Noblessence will send you, at our expense, the product(s) missing from your order.

Exchanges
Given the high number of our raw materials, cosmetic products and essential oils, it may happen that you're not entirely happy with the colour, odour or texture of a product, simply because it's impossible to get a clear picture of it on a Web site. That's why we try to describe to the best of our ability the caracteristics of each of our products, especially when it comes to cosmetic products. As we can't take back a proudct that has been opened and handled, for health and security reasons, we strongly suggest that, when in doubt, you order our "sample" sizes.

Delivery time
Each order that we get is promptly prepared and sent. Because of the numerous problems we've encountered with some truck delivery services, all orders are sent via Canada Post (unless you want to pick your oder up at one of our drop-off points - refer to that heading).

Back-orders
Should we have run out of a product you ordered, you will be immediately notified. We will also let you know when the product will be available again. However, we do not store orders that cannot be filled. Therefore, we ask you to check with us as to the next time the product will be available. Rest assured that we do everything we can to keep in stock the products that we offer.

Payment methods
We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), cheques and money orders. Should a cheque be rejected by the bank because of insufficient funds (NSF), a $25 surcharge will be billed to your account.
